Our aim is to provide a satisfactory stay and to inform you accurately about our offer. In order to do this and serve you best, we need certain information from you.
Reservation
When you reserve accommodations with us, we process data including, among other things, your name and address details, as well as arrival and departure dates, travel companions and preferences. This data is collected and stored in the reservation software used by us.
Form on the website
When you fill out a form on our website, the data you entered will be sent to us by e-mail. A copy of the form you send is always sent to the e-mail address you entered for your own records.
